A Jamaican Family Enterprise
Building Jamaican enterprise across water, trade and property.
Parker & Co. Infrastructure and Trade is a family-built Jamaican company developing disciplined businesses in maritime trade, real estate, and hospitality, beginning with a phased Jamaica-Colombia trade platform.
The Enterprise at a Glance
One family enterprise. Two operating platforms. One standard.

Maritime & Trade
Regional trade platforms built around reliable supply, careful handling, disciplined execution, and long-term commercial relationships.
Platform 02
Real Estate & Hospitality
Long-term investment in residential, commercial, and hospitality assets designed to create durable value.
The Foundation
Institutional Leadership
Experience spanning finance, tax, industrial minerals, construction materials, marine engineering, port operations, risk management, and organizational leadership.
Our First Operating Focus
A phased Jamaica-Colombia trade platform
Parker & Co. is developing a regional seafood-supply model connecting qualified suppliers with Jamaican hotels, restaurants, distributors, and food-service buyers. The platform is being built around product quality, traceability, careful handling, compliance, and dependable commercial relationships.
Our initial focus is selected Caribbean finfish, including premium snapper varieties and other approved species.
The corridor shown is indicative. The map does not depict ports, schedules, or a current scheduled service.
A Phased Model
Establish the first route, prove the operating model, and expand from a position of strength.
Phase One
Establish the route
Develop reliable seafood supply, operating procedures, compliance systems, and buyer relationships across the Jamaica-Colombia corridor.
Phase Two
Expand what moves
Introduce additional cargo categories, including tile, ceramic products, construction materials, and selected premium exports, after the first route is commercially and operationally proven.
Targeted from 2029, subject to commercial validation, regulatory approvals, financing, market demand, and operating readiness.
Long-Term Platform
Build regional capability
Develop a broader platform spanning trade, logistics, infrastructure, real estate, and hospitality.

Our Company
A family enterprise, built for the long term
Founded by father and son. Grounded in Jamaica. Committed to building enterprises that contribute to national and regional economic growth.
Our Story
Our story began on the water
Parker & Co. Infrastructure and Trade is a Jamaican family enterprise founded by father and son. Our identity is grounded in Jamaica, in maritime work, in long-term ownership, and in a responsibility to build enterprises that strengthen the communities around them.
Our return to maritime trade is a return to the environment in which our family story began: the water itself. We are developing our first operating platform, a phased Jamaica-Colombia trade corridor, with the patience and discipline that family ownership makes possible.
We measure our progress in decades, not quarters. Each platform we build must prove itself before the next begins.
We go back to where our story began, and we build from there: one route, one platform, one disciplined decision at a time.
Mission
To build disciplined Jamaican enterprises that connect regional resources, markets, property, and communities through trade, investment, and long-term infrastructure development.
Vision
To become a trusted Jamaican platform for regional commerce and asset development, rooted in family ownership, institutional discipline, and measurable national value.
Operating Philosophy
Controlled, evidence-based expansion
- Discipline before expansion.
- Compliance before scale.
- Execution grounded in evidence.
- Relationships built for the long term.
- Jamaican ownership with regional reach.
- Growth that strengthens local enterprise.
- Institutional standards without losing family accountability.
How the Enterprise Fits Together
One parent company, two operating platforms
Parker & Co. is the parent enterprise. Maritime trade is our immediate operating focus. Real estate and hospitality form the second platform in our broader long-term strategy, which extends over time into regional logistics and infrastructure development.
Operating Now
Parker & Co. Maritime & Trade
Regional maritime commerce, fisheries and seafood supply, Jamaica-Colombia trade, import and export development, maritime logistics, and long-term regional trade corridors.
Building for the Long Term
Parker & Co. Real Estate & Hospitality
Residential development, commercial real estate, hospitality assets and projects, property investment, strategic development partnerships, and long-term asset ownership.
Built for Responsible Execution
Compliance-first, by design
Parker & Co. is developing its operating systems around regulatory compliance, documented processes, responsible counterparties, and clear accountability. Our planning starts with counterparty due diligence, responsible sourcing, maritime safety, food-safety awareness, environmental responsibility, financial discipline, and accurate documentation, so that growth never runs ahead of governance.
Parker & Co. Maritime & Trade
A disciplined platform for regional maritime trade
Parker & Co. is developing a phased Jamaica-Colombia trade platform designed to create reliable commercial relationships, strengthen regional supply chains, and expand only after the operating model has been proven.
The Commercial Opportunity
Why Jamaica and Colombia
Jamaica imports a significant share of the seafood its hotels, restaurants, and distributors serve, while Colombia's Caribbean coast holds established fishing capacity within close regional reach. We are developing a corridor that connects the two: qualified supply on one side, dependable commercial demand on the other.
Our intent is a platform, not a single transaction: long-term commercial relationships, documented standards, and a route whose economics are proven before they are extended.
The Seafood-Supply Model
Parker & Co. is developing a controlled regional seafood-supply platform connecting qualified suppliers and buyers across Jamaica and Colombia, with an emphasis on reliability, careful handling, traceability, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Who We Serve
Built for professional buyers
We are building long-term supply relationships with hotels, restaurants, distributors, and food-service operators seeking dependable access to selected Caribbean seafood products.
Hotels & Resorts
Consistent supply relationships designed around your procurement standards and service schedules.
Restaurants
Selected Caribbean finfish, including premium snapper varieties and other approved species.
Distributors
A disciplined regional corridor intended to add reliable volume to existing networks.
Food-Service Operators
Dependable commercial terms and consistent communication, built for operational planning.
Quality, Handling and Traceability
Standards before scale
Our operating model is being designed around documented handling procedures, temperature control, product traceability, responsible sourcing, and consistent buyer communication.
Specific species lists, product formats, delivery terms, and certifications will be published as they are confirmed. Until then, we invite qualified buyers to discuss requirements directly, so the platform is shaped around real procurement needs.
- Documented handling procedures.
- Temperature control through the supply chain.
- Product traceability, built into the model from the first shipment.
- Responsible sourcing and supplier qualification.
- Consistent, professional buyer communication.
Phased Expansion
What comes after the first route is proven
Phase Two: Cargo Expansion
Once the initial trade platform is commercially and operationally established, we intend to expand the cargo mix, including tile, ceramic products, construction materials, and selected premium exports moving between Jamaica and Colombia.
Targeted from 2029, subject to commercial validation, regulatory approvals, financing, market demand, and operating readiness.
Supplier and Logistics Partnerships
We are developing relationships with qualified suppliers, fishing partners, logistics providers, and regional counterparties who share our standards on compliance, documentation, and reliability.
Talk to us about supply, logistics, or the route itself.
Parker & Co. Real Estate & Hospitality
Building long-term value through property and place
Parker & Co. approaches real estate and hospitality as long-term operating assets, combining disciplined investment, local knowledge, strategic partnerships, and responsible development.
Investment Philosophy
Owned for decades, not flipped in quarters
We apply the same phased discipline to property that we apply to trade: acquire and develop selectively, hold for the long term, and let each project prove itself before the next begins. Our focus is durable value: assets that serve their communities and strengthen the enterprise behind them.
This platform is in its building phase. We present projects publicly only when they are active and approved for disclosure, and we welcome early conversations with aligned partners in the meantime.
Residential Development
Housing and residential communities developed with long-term ownership in mind.
Commercial Real Estate
Commercial assets selected for durable demand and disciplined economics.
Hospitality
Hospitality assets and projects aligned with Jamaica's visitor economy and our maritime story.
